Fun Friday Round-Up: Delicious Blog Chowder!
While you’re all reading this, I’ll be taking a quick trip to Boston to go whale watching. My first whale watch in Boston was the coolest thing I have ever done. I recommend it to everyone!
Apparently, you should try chowder in Boston. Title makes sense now, huh? Anyway, moving on… I am subscribed to 62 blogs and I try to leave comments for as many posts as I can every day. While I like content from each one of the blogs, not every post from every blog catches my attention. Here are the the posts that I liked for one reason or another. Sit back, sip on coffee/morning gin/ice tea/chocolate milk and enjoy:
#1. Profit Addiction’s How I Made Over $125,000 in One Month
Jeremy’s blog is quite young but don’t be foolish: the man is sharing free information about how he made $125k in one month. Count the zeros, people! He goes in-depth about how to pick a hot trend, using PPC, utlilizing various traffic sources, and kicking some ass doing it. I don’t know where Jeremy came from, but I like what he has shared on his blog so far.
#2. Patrick’s How to Write Your Ebook in a Week or Less
I don’t know about you but when I think of writing an ebook, I usually think about it being a two month project for some reason. Patrick shows you that this isn’t the case! What’s better is that Patrick tells you how to write your best content in a week or less. Pretty useful stuff, IMHO, and something I’ll be taking on very soon. (P.S. Another pretty cool post Patrick did was Single Greatest Tip For Success Online and Yours Truly was included!)
#3. Ryan’s The Quiet Hours
Something about this post really resonated with me. Maybe because I can picture exactly what Ryan’s talking about. Noone walks through your schedule, feels what you’re feeling, or hears thoughts that have brought you to your decisions. Read more on Ryan’s blog!
#4. Corbett’s How StumbleUpon Sent Me Over 127K Visitors
Who doesn’t salivate at the thought of 127,000 new visitors hitting your site? Corbett tells you how he managed to make this happen and also discusses why you don’t want this to happen. Sounds strange but it’s a fun read.
#5. Maren’s This Blog will make me Millions
Maren’s writing style reminds me of James’ writing style (TheInfoPreneur), only with a bit more female zest. Ignore the occasional grammatical and spelling error and take in the wisdom Maren shares with you. She’s an entrepreneur who is doing exactly what she is preaching and that alone makes her unique. Go check out why she thinks her awesome blog is going to make her millions. Maren, that’s okay because mine is going to make gazillions. Take that, sister! (Just kidding).
Tasty Blog Chowder?
Hopefully you’ll enjoy these reads and maybe one or two of these bloggers are new to you. I try to present to you blogs and posts that I have enjoyed throughout the week and that are somehow related to passive income in one way or another. Enjoy the posts and enjoy your weekend. Remember to walk away from your computers!

Hi! My name is Moon Hussain and I'm here to share all the strategies that I'll be experimenting with to earn passive income.
Great list, Moon. I’ve only read one of these articles, so I’ll be checking out the others.
Karen´s last blog ..Friday’s Links
Sweet, Karen. I like introducing new bloggers/posts
Forgot to mention how jealous I am that you got to go whale watching while you were in Boston. I enjoyed being a tourist in Boston, too (although we had lobster and not chowder when I was there last). Great city!
Karen´s last blog ..Are You Paying Attention? Help Can Come From Anywhere
I wish I had toured Quincy market in detail rather than the whale watch. I think whale watches are best in middle of summer. Saturday, it got really cold, water was choppy, and I was trying to avoid hurling. So it wasn’t much fun
You should definitely do it in July or August. The one I did two years ago was amazing, we actually saw the whales and the calves, their tales. It was downright magical
Thanks for sharing the links Moon. I liked Jeremy’s post.
Enjoy whale watching! I’ve went dolphin watching here in NJ, they offer whale watching in Cape May too but I haven’t been on vacation at the proper time. Looking forward to going though

Ryan´s last blog ..Don’t Share Your Money Problems with Me, I Don’t Want Them
Ryan, glad you like!
I went whale watching in Boston two years ago and it has been the most amazing thing I’ve ever done. We tried to do the same a year ago in Maine but the rain, wind, and choppy weather spoiled it for us (and made me feel sick).
Lo and behold, same thing happened in Boston again yesterday. It was a waste of time but I’m amazed how many states I have passed through within a 6 hour drive
I think perfect whale watching season is probably in July/August. Will have to try it in San Diego next
Hi Moon,
hope you have plenty of luck with the whale watching. I haven’t got time to read the articles you’ve linked (we are off for a week in the mountains of southern Spain in a few hours), but will definitely check them out when we get back as I certainly enjoyed the last bunch.
All the best,
Des.
Des @ Affiliate Progress´s last blog ..Affiliate Progress on Vacation!
Great Des, hope you enjoy your week off! Spain sounds amazing….. You’ll have to update me!
These are all great! I especially was interested in the 125k a month deal!
Adrienne´s last blog ..Cubicle Freedom Through Real Estate Investing
Adrienne, put a money amount in the post, and I”m there to read it! Some of this stuff is amazing.
Thanks for including me in this!
The other posts are awesome, too. Well the titles are, I going to go check those out now.
Patrick Toerner´s last blog ..Your Ebook Outline – Don’t Skip This!
No Problem, Patrick. I gotta find my “quiet” time to try your method. Hope you enjoy the reads.
These are great, other than Ryan’s (Planting Dollars), they are all new to me. But I’ve been to them all and I can see why you like them.
Rock on!
Good, Lee. Hope you extract some useful info out of a couple of ‘em.
I love Maren’s blog, she has such character
Ryan’s looks really interesting too. I mean they all look great. It’s funny I am now starting to see lots of familiar faces on blogs…and here I thought the internet was vast

Girl Startup´s last blog ..What I learnt from starting an online business that I was not passionate about.
Yes, yes, lots of great stuff on Maren’s blog. I like her “go out and do it” attitude. Planting Dollars is really amazing too. Give ‘em a chance
Oh, some great links. I can’t wait to read em’. Hope your trip to Boston was fun! When I was in Maui we saw two whales while taking a drive. Tres cool!
I think you are right, give Planting Dollars a chance… he’ll get there.

Money Funk´s last blog ..Brunch with Christine
